真空雙室低壓碳氮共滲油淬爐，具有滲碳，碳氮共滲、油淬和加壓氣冷多種功能。主要用來(lái)對(duì)模具鋼、不銹鋼、高速鋼、高合金鋼工模具、淬火、退火、回火以及對(duì)中、低碳合金鋼進(jìn)行滲碳、碳氮共滲淬火，多種真空熱處理工藝。可以實(shí)現(xiàn)一次強(qiáng)滲碳、脈沖滲碳等滲碳方式及碳氮共滲等工藝。
