熱等靜壓脫脂燒結(jié)爐的應(yīng)用簡(jiǎn)介/Application

硬質(zhì)合金等靜壓燒結(jié)技術(shù)，也稱之為低壓燒結(jié)或過壓燒結(jié)，這種工藝方法是將脫蠟、預(yù)燒、真空燒結(jié)、熱等靜壓制幾個(gè)工藝合為一道工藝在一個(gè)設(shè)備內(nèi)完成的新方法。粉末冶金燒結(jié)爐主要用于不銹鋼、銅鎢合金、高比重合金、鉬合金、鈦合金和硬質(zhì)合金等制品的脫脂和燒結(jié)。

Brief introduction: cemented carbide isostatic pressing sintering technology, also known as low pressure sintering or overpressure sintering, this process is a new process of dewaxing, pre-firing, vacuum sintering, hot and other static pressing in one equipment. Powder metallurgy sintering furnace is mainly used for skimming and sintering of stainless steel, copper-tungsten alloy, high specific gravity alloy, Mo alloy, titanium alloy and cemented carbide.
