真空熱處理自動化無人生產(chǎn)線所包含常用模塊有：真空清洗機；真空退火爐；真空回火爐；真空高壓氣淬爐；真空油淬爐；真空低壓滲碳爐；深冷處理爐等一系列標準模塊化設備，依據(jù)用戶生產(chǎn)量配置模塊數(shù)量，同時還具備將來設備可擴展性。自動化生產(chǎn)線涉及一整套物料自動運輸車系統(tǒng)，該系統(tǒng)具備自動上料和自動下料功能，自動識別所選加熱處理設備的工位。
